Construction Manager


Job Description:

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Manager with a minimum of 5-7 years in high-end residential construction to oversee projects from inception to completion.  The ideal candidate is extremely detail-oriented, schedule- and timeline-driven, and committed to delivering every project on time and on budget. We find the most successful employees are inquisitive, eager to learn, and always looking to improve.  If you think you fit this, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of high-end residential construction projects, from permitting to final inspection.

  • Develop detailed project schedules and timelines, ensuring timely completion while upholding exceptional quality standards.

  • Handle estimating, contract buyout, and scheduling of subcontractors to optimize project efficiency.

  • Provide field oversight, including layout coordination and inspections, to ensure precision and compliance.

  • Track budgets, negotiate with vendors, and maintain cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and internal teams, delivering clear updates and resolving challenges.

  • Drive process improvements with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).  

  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites across DC Metro area as needed.

Office Manager


Job Overview:

As our Office Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of our administrative operations, keeping our office running seamlessly while supporting our team’s mission to deliver extraordinary homes. This dynamic role demands versatility—handling everything from daily office tasks to vendor coordination and project support. If you’re an organized, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, including supplies, equipment, and facility upkeep.

  • Perform bookkeeping duties, such as accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and payroll coordination with our accountant.

  • Organize and maintain project files, permits, contracts, and related documentation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and subcontractors via phone, email, or in person.

  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits for the team.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, purchase orders, and other project-related documents.

  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

  • Oversee company calendars, deadlines, and staff schedules.

  • Support HR functions, including onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.

  • Develop and refine office systems to boost efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a related role (construction, home building, or interior design experience is a plus).

  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with tools like QuickBooks or Buildertrend.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional yet approachable demeanor.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-moving environment.

  • Keen attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and financial processes.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (occasional local errands may be required).

Preferred Skills:

  • Background in construction, home building, or a related field.

  • Knowledge of local permitting processes and regulations in DC, MD, or VA.

  • Adaptability with new technology and software tools.
